How it works
Whether you need a one-off booking or a regular weekly arrangement, I’ll tailor the service to suit your needs. I don’t work to a strict Monday–Friday, 9–5 schedule — I understand that pets (and their owners!) sometimes need care outside of those hours, and I’m here to help.
1. Meet & Greet
The first step is a visit to your home. This is a chance for me to meet you and your pets, learn about their routines, and discuss their individual needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions. There’s no pressure — I’ll give you time to decide if I’m the right fit for you and your pets.
2. Confirming the Booking
If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll agree on the times and services that work best for you. If you’ll be at home during the survey, no key collection will be required. Otherwise, I can arrange a second visit to collect your keys and take down the necessary details about your home and security, giving you peace of mind that everything is in safe hands.
3. Payment & Confirmation
Once everything is agreed, I’ll send you an invoice along with a confirmation email of your booking. My preferred payment method is bank transfer, but I can also accept cash if that’s easier for you.
4. Tails from the Day
I’ll keep you updated on your pet’s adventures while they’re with me, so you always know how they’re getting on. From photos and quick updates to little stories about their day, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.
